Strategy Head

Hans has a background in various industries such as Banking, Cooperative and Micro Finance and Transportation. He was part of BPI Globe BanKo in the Emerging Markets Group which is in-charge of product architecture.

Jess Villa

Head of Legal

Jess is partner at the law firm Villa & Cruz, which he founded in 2000 and led ever since. He also serves as chairman of business process outsourcing company Omniluck Service Cooperative and corporate secretary of Mensa Philippines.

Dharell is a well rounded accounting professional with six years experience in general accounting and taxation, cross-functional competencies in all phases of accounting, tax calculations, payroll, financial statement reporting, compliance and audit procedure.
